My computer's fan/power supply have gotten rather loud the last few days. I opened the computer up to see if there was any obvious blockage or unplugged-ness, but I can't see anything. I blew it out with a can of air again, but it's still noisy

It sounds like the fan has just gone bad. It's not too hard to replace it, but it does void the warranty on the supply.

It's really much easier just to replace the whole PS and be done. Especially because if the fan isn't working heat buildup can cause the capacitors inside to explode.
