Why did I decide to be an early childhood education major?

This is me. No exaggeration whatsoever, this is me.

What I don't understand is why I'm suddenly taking 5 university courses whilst simultaneously interning in a 3rd grade classroom.

How do single parents with jobs do this? I'm a single mother, but thankfully my living situation allows me to attend school while unemployed. There simply is not enough
