I don't think they're the CCS ones. Especially since no one disproved the hypothesis that CCS hadn't gotten past the Clow card arc by the time Holic began.

And why didn't Fay or Kamui noticed this sooner?
My opinion: because Sakura replica has a properly installed heart+soul, unlike the clone. As for why she's like that and the clone wasn't, I can only come up with cracktastic guesses.

Well, Yuuko _DID_ say that CCSakura and CCSyaoran were lovers in chapter 2 of xxxHOLiC.

That means they were past the Sakura Card arc, near to the conclusion of the CCS manga, since even Clow couldn't see they were going to be together in the end. Unless Eriol was lying, of course.

But just because C|Sakura said R|Syaoran's sakura is not her doesn't implied that R|Syaoran's Sakura HAS TO BE CCS|Sakura!!
Well, if we have establish that the Sakura which has been traveling THROUGHOUT the journey is actually a clone, then wouldn't that mean this Sakura's soul in the dreamworld would also be a "clone" soul as well. IMO, I think she is implying that "because I am a clone of the real-Sakura, I am not who you think I am"... and thus there should be Real|Sakura-hime of Clow Country somewhere hidden by FWR~

Yup, unless Fay and Seishirou stop playing "blind, deaf and mute" and say that either one of "Syaoran" or "Sakura" are the same from CCS, which is most likely to not. ever. happen. That's why "CCSyaoran theory" is almost nullified.

The fact is, the Dream World is not exactly a world where souls meet, but hearts. If that wasn't the case, then the Tomoyo-hime and Piffle!Tomoyo meeting inside a dream would be impossible, since they do have the same soul.

Well, we already know that "Sakura's" body must be, in fact, in FWR's possession by the teaser on the spoilers. I just wonder if the real body was shown at all.

But doesn't Yuuko say that only souls (or those with souls, anyway) can enter the dreamworld? And maybe what "same soul" means is that every Syaoran out there have identical "Syaoran" souls of their own.

By the way, it was part of an old theory about "TRC is more intertwined with CCS than what we think". My theory was that CCSakura was a clone of Sakura-hime, since she had a few things in common with the cloned Syaoran-kun, like the low magic power when everything started (as for Sakura-hime, she was born with that a tremendous power) or the fact that SyaoSaku surprised even Clow Reed.

But, I left the fandom on this "theorizing" part, now I just read/scanlate Tsubasa for fun. I just feel like giving a few advices in some things.
