You'd think the trade deadline was tomorrow...
There have been movers and shakers in the NHL already. The trade deadline isn't until after the Olympic break, but with the roster freeze and only one week between the end of the Olympics and the trade deadline, the teams of the NHL have gotten busy early.

...dipping a toe back in. Life's not any better but I think I'm more stable about it all (though having the hubby be unemployed since last August is somewhat like living on the slope of an active volcano, sanity-wise...).
Anyway, I miss you and decided to put on the big girl panties and deal. :)

As for the leafs, at this point, all we're hoping for is that we stay ahead of the freakin' Oilers (and, of course, that Ottawa either doesn't make the playoffs or gets shown the door early and in embarrassing fashion..). It's a little worrying when your GM trades so many forwards that you start wondwring just who they think is going to put the puck in th net... :)
