The NHL Trade Deadline is March 4, 2009... and it's like a dance. It starts slow, with rumors and innuendo. Yes. Apparently he did it quietly and respectfully, and the Habs are understanding and willing to try to work something out for him.

I've not heard anything about Svats being hurt, and I don't know if he's in Granato's doghouse or what, but I would be lead to believe that he's gone on or before next Wednesday.probably for draft picks and/or prospects
