sorry to hear you are having such a crap time. i imagine it really will change. in the meantime try and take the best care of yourself that you can. that's a big, lofty list you've got there. some of it i'm sure you can let go of and not have hanging over you without any problem, like responding to LJ posts or old emails. others of it will be slower and more difficult, like giving up sugar and reading a 1000 book, so don't beat yourself up if you stumble. much as it won't seem like it, remind yourself that this is a step in getting better.
the lust *is* lofty, but i think some goals are going to be the only thing to keep me occupied in a healthier way than i have been accustomed to. i am hoping i'll forgive the slips and get some things accomplished though.
