Public Service telly had a special about obesity this weekend. We watched Supersize Me while eating a super-healthy dinner and then a documentary about Elvis. Elvis documentaries are always great food porn, this one was no exception. I found out that Elvis ate squirrels, I had no idea those furry little creatures had enough meat for that. I guess they do have bigger squirrels in America. Over hear, I've read about people hunting them for fur, but never for food. They are really awfully cute, though.

Squirrel and possum are dietary staples in some areas.

And if the run-over one I saw right outside my car window last night is any indication, you can get at least a good stew out of one. *shudder*

They have MUCH bigger squirrels in the U.S. than we have in Sweden. Maybe they've been scavenging the McDonald's bins? ^__~

Det som gör mangan så bra är att den är detaljerad utan att vara det minsta plottrig. Och, öh, innehållet ^^

Det var det jag menade. Den är enormt detaljrik från början till slutet. Innehållet är också förstås väldigt bra, men det känns som om utan Reichs speciella tecknarstil så hade mangan inte varit ens hälften så intressant.
