Sunday morning, I was awoken by Evan at the crack of 11:00 AM and told to stay in bed. "Go brush your teeth or whatever, Dad, and then get back in bed and read something. But don't come downstairs!" Considering I had sworn it was my turn to get up with the kids, I didn't argue. I didn't mumble, even.

Note on the wallet: Don't return it. Put it on your dresser for "special occasions" or whatever. Kids get really wrapped up in that kind of stuff.

I remember giving my mom this god-awful glass boot. She still has it. It still makes me feel good, even though it is hideous and I would have chucked it. ;)

If you are in dire need of another wallet get one that is not as cool as the one they got you.
