Where does the fact that everyone in Kanto, even on Route 1, has Lv40+ monsters factor in? Because that's bullshit.

They're all level-grinding on each other and have ignored the wild pokemon community.

It's also why the economy is so fucked.

And why aren't there any fledgling trainers setting out with low-level stuff? EVERYONE IS LEVEL 40-50.
