I'm afraid we're a bit more numerous in the Opera House now--yes, I'm still living there, by the princess's good graces. And I've just had two people who are very important to me arrive. They've been set up here with me.

But, to confirm what Lailis told you, yes, there's a mad doctor and his assistant who have been seen in the area. They're from my world too, unfortunately. More dangerous than them is their leader, though.

If you do decide investigate them, be extremely careful. They are dangerous, all of them, and ruthless. I'll tell you what I can about them.

Of course--and these three are antagonists by profession.

The leader gives orders to the doctor, who gives orders to the boy. They seem to be gathering information right now. They're nowhere near as well-connected as they were in my world and I mean to use that to my advantage. I'm most concerned for Lady Lailis and Princess Rue--the boy made mention of them in particular. And Lailis has crossed paths with the doctor before. But I feel like Lady Rue stands a chance against them.

...So they're a force to be reckoned with, whether organized or not. ...They're threatening the women, then? That's hardly comforting. I'll do whatever I can to assist and find out more about this little "group". ...Standing a chance isn't my concern. The fact that they're being mentioned or threatened, even in passing, in the first place, means those people need to be dealt with.
