So.... That thing I was asking for quotes for? I'm done with it. LOL I sat down and worked on this without a pause. It took many, many hours (six, I think), but I'm pretty happy with it. It's a classic Winamp skin starring Bann Teagan!

I apologize for any errors/eye bleeding. :) I haven't touched an image editing program or winamp since '04! Suggestions and feedback are very, very welcome.
