so how does this Kink Bingo work? Do you have to write something for each of the squares in order to get a bingo?

Not at all! A bingo is a complete line--horizontal, diagonal, or vertical. There are also other scoring combinations. I only managed two squares last time; I'm going to try for a bingo this year.
