EDITED TO ADD OTHER PEOPLE'S SUGGESTIONS AND LINKS

Okay, I finally caved and put in some non-gameplay affecting mods and wanted to see what other ones people recommended...

I have CC Extra Tints and Tones
More Hairstyles
Vibrant Colors

I'm using most of those too and have add a few small things to make game play a bit better.

Storage Chest for camp because I'm too lazy to run back and forth to Soldier's Peak
Modified blood splatter so that it is less all over your face when you talk to people after battle
Something that gives me my ancient elven boots because they are never in the Chantry in Lothering like they should be
And the respec potion so I can change everyone's skills around if I want to.

I tried the white teeth one, but that one just seemed make things look weird to me, but other people like it a lot.

Hmm, do you know what the splatter one is called? I've tried searching on blood in title or description and I think all I've gotten are blood mage stuff and blood dragon armor reskins. Er, assuming it's on the Nexus site. :)

Not to steal any thunder... >.>

But I use the gore adjustment too. It's on bioware social, I know, not sure about Nexus. http://social.bioware.com/project/574/

I use a lot of those, as well as:

the teeth-whitening one - I'm all for imperfect smiles, but when my noble girl spoke, I wanted to slap my hands over her mouth for her.
Of Noble Caste - I think it's aka Nobler Noble. It's for the human noble - changes a bit of the origin story. You wear noble clothes instead of armor, and get a bit of extra gold for going on to Ostagar. A noble would be, well, noble. You also get decent armor that matches prettily, since you're a warrior noble who would likely have your own armor.
Slap Morrigan - fufufu. I haven't gotten to use it yet, but it gives a dialogue option to bitchslap her when she questions you about being a decent human being. You get a scene where you bitchslap her, and you don't lose points with her for it.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

I've done a noble playthrough, but I will definitely have to investigate that one if I do another one.
Morrigan one sounds hilarious. :)

Is the Noble one on dragonagenexus? or the bioware site?

There are two noble ones on dragonagenexus. You know, I should edit my post and add links to all of these.

I use dialogue tweaks which lets me make out with Zevran whenever I want. Oh, and it always plays the movies for tent time. http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=336

I also use the white teeth mod. At first it seemed so odd after seeing the brown ones for so looooong but now my eyes have readjusted and I like it alot ( ... )

Ugh, here's hoping someone figures out a way to fix that. :( Thank you for the warning!
