Summer is definitely here. Just checked the weather. Yesterday was 93 and today it's forecast to be 95. Now that's nasty. And it's only the beginning of June. The one thing about retirement that may be a negative is not having an air conditioned office to go to during the day. But it's a small price to pay. I have a portable AC for Dottie, I'm

You are just amazing. How did you learn how to do that stuff--rebuild and fix and refurbish a (really cute) trailer. Is that something you grew up being able to do?

Oh my gosh no. I'm just fool hearty. Years ago I bought a very old house and slowly learned to do things so I thought I'd take on a trailer. Lucky for me a friend asked if he could "help" and in reality he's saved my bacon. He had lots of tools, a storage/work space, and most importantly knowledge and patience.

I think we totally could! Think of some of those huge motor homes driven by old guys who've never driven anything bigger than a Buick! :)
