He's riding the elevator again, something he tends to do rather a lot. It's soothing to him, he likes the feel of the easy up and down motions and and the simple ping that sounds out whenever you got where you wanted to go were just nice to him.

But maybe he was a little weird, no one else seemed to like elevators the way he did, not that he minded too much.

The doors open and Cowslip catches sight of something very, very different. Scrambling to his feet he peers out the elevator doors, watching the the stranger with intense curiosity. Of course he had a pretty good idea of how she got here but still, it's not every day strange girls show up in your house!

The elevator doors make their familiar ping and he darts out of their way, not liking the thought of getting caught in them at all. However, this does bring him closer to the girl with is definitely a good thing.

"Hi," he says with a sweet smile. "Are you los? Were you trying to get somewhere else?"

Spinning around immediately when she hears the voice, she gives a small squeak of surprise. Holding her hands up over her mouth, she blinks at the boy, but approaches slowly.

"I am lost," she admits helplessly. "I was in a coffee shop-- a real big one 'n' it smells very good," she nods, recalling the smell with a smile. "It was me and Millie and we were making hot chocolate but..."

She looks around again, scooting closer to Cowslip, uncertainty on her face, "I ended up here. I hear about this thing a lot back home but it only ever spat people out not... not picked people up."

She pouts a little and looks to him, "Do you know where I am?"

When he seems like he's not going to hurt her, she offers out a hand, "I am Lavendar, by the way. So we won't be strangers. Can't really talk to strangers."

"Will you, really? Try to help me get home 'n stuff? I mean... it's really not good there but... but I have friends there who need me. 'N kids, lots of my kids. Just... bad stuff happens in there. Bad, bad stuff."

She nods her head vigorously before her eyes wander to the home she stands in. It was different, but she liked it a lot. It was warm, comfy. It felt safe.

"Cowslip? That's a neat name," she giggles and shakes his hand childishly before actually hugging him. She's always been the hugging sort. "It's nice t'meet'cha."

Looking to Cowslip, she blinks, "I could? No one would get angry that I just showed up?"
