I take it you're in or close to Raleigh? Are you a transplant or born-and-bred Carolinian?

Oh I'm totally a transplant. I was born in PA but moved to Raleigh 7 years ago. I fell in love with the young scene here (three major universities really help). My sweetie and I are getting ready to move to Cary, which basically hugs Raleigh and sits between it and Chapel Hill. I work in Raleigh so I'll still be in Raleigh everyday. :)

Hello! I was sent here by bezigebij, on account of my wondering about whether my wife and I should move to "the triangle" or not. Would you care to friend me, and weigh in on the issue? (Many things, positive and negative, have been said about NC there now).

We also seem to have some interests in common! I'ma go ahead and friend you if that's okay.

What do you mostly dance to?

Why hello there! I would love to answer any questions about the area and I'll try not to let my excitement about the potential of two mushroom/botany enthusiastic "color" my responses. ;)

What do I dance to? Oh you name it and I'll dance to it. Mostly jazz/blues (for swing dancing) but then old time music/blue grass for clogging. But I love all styles of dance and the array of possibilities music gives the dancer for expression.

Hey there. :) I saw you via piddling around and clicking on friends of friends and recognized you from seeing you on boodzoo's journal, thought we might have a lot in common (some unlisted!), and was wondering if you might want to be LJ friends. I just moved from Raleigh last May (of '05) and though I like where I'm living now too, I miss several things about Raleigh still. If this is unwelcome or anything though feel free to ignore!

Speaking of boodzoo...where has she gone to?
I'd love to have you on the friendslist.
Sorry you had to leave Raleigh...hope it's cooler where you're at now!
We're sizzlin' round here!

that would be icon...not icone, which I believe sounds more like some sort of high tech eye patch.

Do you have an icone?

:)
