Did you know that it was possible to make biodegradable plastic cups from corn? I didn't. But I'm sipping water from a corn plastic cup right now. Wacky

I once had a pen made from corn plastic. I called it the "Jubilation T. Cornpen" Isn't corn plastic weird? I wish it was more widely utilized.
I'm sure the dish was great, but the flu symptoms the kids have had caught up with me in the past 20 minutes, so I'll have to ponder it later. I do like hearing about your culinary enterprises, though. :)
