Certrizine Hydrocholride (Though I am not sure that I have spelled it right) is ok. It is sold as Zirtek but as always the generics are the cheeper option.
For sneezes though I would recomend tescos own brand anti hayfever nasal spray.
Both are available over the counter. Though it may work out better to get Zirtek via a G.P. as you get loads for your 6.50.
