This weekend I set out to bake 500 cookies. I always bake cookies around the holidays because I like to give them out as gifts and people seem to really like my cookies. Usually I bake around 300, but I had a lot more requests for them this year and planned to make more. About halfway through the bake-a-thon though, I realized I was going to have

Making just 500 of 'em already sounds maddening enough, but the fact that it was practically 800 in the end...whoa. And then you made more goodies?! I have no idea how you're still functioning after all that! (Heck, how you're still sane after all that!) Needless to say, I am very much impressed! *bows down to the Keebler Elf*

So many people already want them for next year, I fear I'll be making 1000! I have to say, even though the work is exhausting, having people enjoy them the way they do makes it all worth it. I hope you enjoy yours when they arrive! Thanks again for tweeting with me through my bake-a-thon! :D
