June: In Review

Gosh, June, where on earth did you go? Heck, the first half of 2012, please freaking come back! It is ridiculous how fast time is passing this year. I know I say this every month, but I swear time is listening and challenging me even more with every month that passes. Curse you, Time! *shakes fist angrily*

As you know, the short story is complete, edited, and ready for posting -- thanks to you, of course! :)

It's a shame you didn't love the Sookie Stackhouse books you read, but I can understand not loving them. I still haven't read more than the one even though I intended to. I think I might like the show more than the books, which is rare to say since the book always wins in my mind.

Gideon did have a fun first birthday! It's hard to believe it's already been two months since then -- there Time goes again, being a total ass and speeding by. :/

Even though people expressed interest in having their photos done by me, no one's bitten since. I think it goes back to the post about editing software. Eh. I am planning on taking a trip to Chesapeake City for my sister's 1st Wedding Anniversary in September to sort of recreate the moment for her since she was so dissatisfied with the pictures the wedding photographer shot. Hopefully my shots won't let her down too.

I haven't seen the show, since I don't have cable, but perhaps you like it more because you get to see more than just Sookie's side of things? As much as I love singular perspectives in books, it's always fun to see what other characters are up to, too!

Aw, that's awesome of you to recreate your sister's wedding pictures, especially since the original ones from the other photographer let her down. I have no doubt she'll love them, since your pictures always seem to turn out amazingly! (BOO to all those other people who haven't jumped at the chance for you to take pictures for them yet!)
