That was so rich and dark and I agree about the noir-ish feel to it. There were shades of Bud White in there.

Booth came over as somehow dirty and tainted. You could feel the pain, the fury, and this bone deep sadness just pouring off him.

Shiveringly gorgeous, I liked it a lot!
