^^; It suddenly feels weird, awkward even, to post a translation after such a long absence. After much poking (and stabbing and jabbing and whacking and mushing XD), here is the translation for Newsmaker Feb issue

Can I just say that your own comments are just as meaningful as Gackt's interview? ;D
This interview can be the subject of a long, long discussion XD But to sum it up:
..it is the way we look back, reflect and introspect. That is so true. We use the mistakes from our past as a tool for self-improvement, and then we let it go, because if we are too harsh on ourselves, we can never be as successful as we can be. Only when we acknowledged our own imperfections and strengths can we be more successful, because we know ourselves better, develop our strengths further, and take more care in not making a mistake. And this acknowledgement can only come with much introspection, looking inside yourself. I love this, this is a wonderful practice. ;3

Nice. I love your description! :D Do you mind if I point the other readers down to your comment? I think a few people have difficulty understanding that concept, and I thought you explained it beautifully. Better than mine anyway. XD Yeah, it all goes back to ourselves, it always does. :3 It's not easy to even acknowledge our mistakes, but to learn from it and derive something out of it is even harder, I think. It takes a lot of introspection and self-awareness.
He works, he reflects, and then he LOOKS FOR NEW WAYS OUT. I can kiss you for saying that. XD XD YES. Exactly!! I love that he always do that~ Ahahahaha, I don't know how he functions which such little sleep. o.o;; And to actually make sense and be successful in what he does. Man, it's only 2 AM

Please feel free to point readers to my comment, as long as you are sure I am not doing an injustice to Gackt's words! Ah, and thank you very much for believing in what I said too. I really believe in that, you know. ;D
But just to add to that: I think that with learning from our past and being introspective, it is just as important to leave the mistakes behind us. I think this is what Gackt is saying too.....? Because, of all the people in this world, the one we are most critical of is OURSELVES. When we make a mistake, we tend not to forgive ourselves so easily; but this is not good, because this stresses us out and we cannot move forward. We have to gather our courage and say,"Man I screwed up bad! But I will remember this and never let it happen again. And now it's time to put it behind me." <- this, I think, is easier said than done 99% of the time, and it also takes a long time. Definitely takes a STRONG character and mindset to do this. Like Gackt. XD

You know, that whole thing about him sleeping for 3 hours every day.. I think that many celebrities (well, the popular ones) do that, it's like the norm. They are so busy jumping from one interview to another that they don't get rest, and their bodies fail them at times. -___- I don't understand why that has to be the case in order for a popular person to survive.. but when he says he only sleeps for 3 hours, I totally believe him. On that small amount of sleep, I'd be like o.O;; KEEL. ME. NOW. XD
Wow, you really get the whole article. XD At least I didn't fare too badly on the translation then.If you really think that I "got" the article, then that is just the same as saying that your translation was very accurate and well-compiled. XD I always think that you do a great job with translations! Even if I can't tell what the original article actually says, the amount of effort/comments/explanations that you put in tells me that it must be PURR~FECT. Or close to there. ;D
