It's by John Bradshaw "Home Coming, Reclaiming and Healing Your Inner Child".

I have the older edition where Healing=Championing. I picked it up at a Bankstown Library clearance sale for a dollar or two. I haven't read it recently but somebody's intuition told them that I needed to read it. Man where they right on the money!
I should add the book title to the post.

yes I think EVERYONE should read it.
will keep you posted. Literally.

It's gotten to the point where I have to be honest with myself to get better. Bottling things up made me sick.

In the long run it is better if there is one me rather than a public me and a private me. I know so many people don't speak out about this stuff and they feel alone in their mental issues.

I may be over-sharing a little but it's keeping me open.
Thankyou *hugs*

Really glad you're sorting stuff out, and the meds and people thing are coming together better. Sorry I was in such a rush last time i saw you - was having a mild mini-panic myself, where I was stressed and just thinking "must get home asap, must get home"
