Personally I think it's lack of excercise for me mainly. So I've bought myself an Elliptical trainer - a bloody great big piece of exercise equipment that sits in the garage. Kind of a cross between an exercise bike and a step-up machine. Been using it for 5 days now and already feeling generally happier and less stressed. But my calf muscles? Oh boy.. Owie!
Adding Vitamins, minerals and herbs to your diet certainly won't do you any harm, so I say try it all, so long as you feel a positive difference.
