Well, after countless hours, singing so much that my jaw feels like it's going to fall off (damn stuff ups >_<;) and too much time taken on working out htf the audio editor operates (

People at Australian Idol need to be FIRED.
So good. SO GOOD!

And I agree, they do need to be fired...for not putting through much better talent. Not sure if I fall under that category...but I am still pleased that you liked it.
Late nighter for you too, eh? =P

Yeah, Casey has supposedly been dropped from her record label because of poor sales...while dear Anthony has been going from strength to strength. I guess it pays to come in second sometimes XD. And it would've been funny if something had happened and by some incredible miracle, I'd become Australian Idol or runner up...jpop would become popular! ^__^

I think it was amazing T__T you really have such a beautiful voice, it makes me dieeeeeeee. But even though this song sounded wonderful (did you do the accompaniment too?) I'm not sure it's the right song for your voice. You sing so softly and sweetly, that the instrumentals are threatening to drown you out a little - is it possible to just do an acoustic or keyboard accompaniment?
I think the problem may be that the song begins in quite a mid-range key where it's easy to reach all the notes and hence comfortable to sing gently, the way I'm assuming you're most comfortable with because it brings out the best in your voice <3 but that means when you get to the high notes you have to either force them or suddenly sing louder than you were for the verse. I've heard the song before (yes yes, A-chan has an Ayu CD, let us all point and laugh), and she sings quite strongly to give her the volume to reach the high notes (as bizarre as it sounds when she does... when I read this before ( ... )
