Robin Hood is so much myth and pop culture these days, who cares, interpretation is fun :D Basic point of Robin Hood? The poor thumbing their noses at the rich. Even in the versions were Robin wasn't a good guy, kept the money for himself or whatever, no one who doesn't love the underdog getting to win ( ... )

You are wonderful and these are fantastic! I like how your brain works. ;) Fair warning, I'm taking this as free rein to ramble at you about this 'verse, so feel free ignore if nothing interests you. The crazy contraptions definitely sound like Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, my go-to film for the myth; that, or the one where he's a fox. So my perspective is slightly skewed ( ... )

Oh I love ideas ramblings, feel free :D Prince of Thieves and the Disney one, I've seen those :) Also a more recent one with Russel Crowe, that wasn't bad. And I have vague recollections of other films and tv feeaturing tights, Robin's daughter saving the day, Marian being the kick ass one and Robin and idiot, and more tights... I like stuff like Robin Hood and the Three Musketeers, lots of swash, buckle, and banter *grins ( ... )
