Summary: Dongho wants a tattoo for his 18th birthday, but Soohyun is strongly against it. However, the tables are turned when the group finds out that Soohyun has a tattoo. Meanwhile, Kevin’s sister Deana gives her brother a semi-permanent tattoo pen as a gift, and Kevin might be having too much fun with it.

The next morning, a piercing yell was heard from Eli’s room. Hoon, who always gets up the earliest, barged into Eli’s room. “What? What? What is it?”
Eli, half naked with his hair disheveled, pointed to his nipple and screamed. “Look!” Hoon leaned in and saw that someone had drawn a flower around Eli’s left nipple.
“Is that…a flower?” Hoon asked, peering in closely.
“That’s just it! Why do I have a flower around my nipple?!” Eli said, clearly freaking out.
“Well, I told you several times not to sleep half-naked…”
“That’s not the point! Point is, why and how did I get this?!” Eli said, rubbing the area around his nipple, but the flower doesn’t seem to go anywhere.
“I’ve got a pretty good idea as to who it is.” Hoon said, burrowing his eyebrows.
Eli turned to look at Hoon. “Yeah…me too.”
At that moment, the two boys barged into Kevin’s room and shook the whole bed till Kevin woke up. “Mum! Let me sleep!” Kevin yelled.
“I’m not your mum but I will be soon unless you come up with a good explanation for this!” Hoon pointed at Eli’s nipple. Kevin opened one eye as he rubbed the other. Kevin smirked. “Hey Eli, do you like it?”
“You did this? Kevin! Why did you draw on my nipple?!”
“Your nipple was the only thing sticking out at night aside from your head! Where else do you want me to draw? On your head?”
“Wait, you went into Eli’s room to draw tattoos on him?” Hoon asked in disbelief.
“Yeah, I wanted to try out my tattoo pen.”
“Why didn’t you try it on yourself?!”
“I did.” Kevin rolled up his pajama sleeve to reveal lots more tattoos all over his arm. “I can’t draw with my left hand anyways.”
“You drew in the dark?!” Eli half-screamed.
“Yeah, it wasn’t that hard. Your nipples pretty much stand up at night anyways.” Eli clenched his fist and shut his eyes, trying to resist the urge to go sumo wrestler on Kevin. Kevin simply stuck out his tongue and said “Why? Don’t tell me it turns you on.” Kevin got out of bed and sauntered leisurely into the bathroom.
“Since when did Kevin become so bold?” Hoon said, shaking his head in disbelief. Eli ran his fingers through his hair in angry frustration and growled as he left the room. Hoon knocked on Soohyun’s room door. Wait till I tell him what Kevin did to Eli.
Hoon barged in without waiting for a reply and shook Soohyun up. Soohyun maybe the responsible leader, but in the morning he is anything but responsible. “Wake up!” Hoon said, slapping Soohyun’s bum. He tore off Soohyun’s blanket only to reveal Soohyun in boxers and…a tattoo on his calf?
“OH MY GOD!!!!” This time it was Hoon’s turn to scream, and by this time everyone was awake. Even lazy Dongho got up. Everyone rushed to Soohyun’s room just in time to see Hoon point his finger at Soohyun’s calf and scream “YOU HAVE A TATTOO??!!”
“What??!! Soohyun hyung!” Dongho exclaimed in disbelief. Soohyun immediately pulled the sheets to cover his dragon tattoo. He stared at his members, all looking at him as if they saw an alien.
“Um…I can explain…”
“You had better! Explain to me how you can get a tattoo but I can’t!” Dongho crossed his arms. Words cannot express the intense fury he felt.
“Alright, alright. Everyone let Soohyun hyung change and meet us outside okay? Now everyone move move move.” Hoon ushered everyone out of the room, but not before glaring at Soohyun. “You’d better come up with a good explanation for this.”
A couple of minutes later, Soohyun emerged from his room and all the members gathered in the living room to hear Soohyun’s explanation.
“How and when did you get this tattoo?” Aj asked. Kiseop wrapped an arm around Dongho to calm the boy down.
“I got it when I was still in JYP Ent. But I have a good reason for this!”
“What is it then?” Dongho asked bitterly.
“Well, back then I had a huge crush on this girl who was also training with me. She said that if I would get a tattoo to prove how manly I was she would go out with me.”
“And?” Kevin urged for him to continue his story.
“She still didn’t go out with me. And I had already gotten a tattoo by then.”
“Tsk tsk…Shin Soohyun, I am ashamed of you.” Dongho clicked his tongue. “And you wouldn’t let me get one!”
Soohyun hung his head low. “I know Dongho, and I’m sorry. But I didn’t want you to get one because I didn’t want you to regret it like I did.”
“Yeah, Dongho, tattoos are permanent. If you really want one we’re not gonna stop you but once you do and you hate it, there’s no going back.” Hoon said.
“If not, you can just get Kevin to do it for you.” Eli said, glaring at Kevin.
“Whoa, whoa…what does Kevin have to do with anything?” Soohyun asked, switching into leader-mode.

“A flower on your nipple? Awesome!” Dongho said, only to be shut by Kiseop.
“Kevin! What do you think you’re doing?” Soohyun said, staring at Kevin. Kevin bit his lip. “Well, since we’re on the topic of confessions, Eli wasn’t the only person I drew on last night.”
Hoon stared at Aj’s neck. He lifted Aj’s blonde ponytail and gasped. “You drew on Aj too?!” “What?!” Aj stood up and faced the mirror, and surely on the back of his neck, Kevin had drawn a cat face. “KEVIN!!” Aj hollered.
“Erm…I think our manager is calling. Uh, I’ll get going.” Kevin dashed out the dorm with Eli and Aj tailing him close.
TWO WEEKS LATER
“So have you decided what you want for your birthday tomorrow?” Kiseop asked Dongho.
“Not yet, but I’ve decided not to get the tattoo.”
“Really? Why?” Kiseop asked.
“I thought about what Soohyun and Hoon hyung said, and well, They’re just looking out for me, so I guess I wouldn’t want something permanent without feeling strongly enough about it.” Dongho said.
“Aw…I’m so proud. Our baby is all grown up!” Kiseop hugged Dongho tightly. “And just so you know, removing it is worse. Look how much pain Soohyun is in.”
A few days ago, Soohyun scheduled an appointment with the doctor to have his dragon tattoo removed. It hurt him afterwards and even things like walking or simple movements was tough.
“Yeah, and look how much trouble the obsession with tattooing got Kevin hyung in.” Dongho continued. Aj and Eli didn’t beat Kevin to a pulp like they had originally wanted, but they did confiscate Kevin’s tattoo pen and made Kevin do all the chores in the dorm. Kevin has been scrubbing dishes and making up beds. Even Soohyun agreed that Kevin needed to be punished.
“Well, it’ll be a while before we talk about tattoos again.” Kiseop said, breathing a sigh of relief. Then, their manager came into the dorm with an excited expression.
“Guys, I have just thought of an amazing concept for your next comeback!”
“What is it?” Hoon asked.
“It’s gonna be epic and I’ve got something that’ll raise it even higher!”
“What?” Dongho asked.
“How about tattoos?”
