I hate two states in my child support

DAMN IT!!!! My child support STILL isn't here. After a year of living here, in July, the State of Arkansas decided they needed to put their nosey lil selfs into my child support. If I wasn't on Medicaid they said, they wouldn't have too. WTF? I would think because the kids are on Arkids, that, that would be more of a reason. But no

I understand what you are going thru....I was on public assistance years ago when I first got divorced....and they started interferring...and I got my butt off the assistance in 3 months so then I would directly get that money.
Do you have to take the kids to Tom or transport them and he brings them back? I know in mine...he has the responsibilty to pick them up and bring them back.

In ours, he is supposed to pick them up. And I am supposed to get them on Sunday. But he's never done that. He always came and got them, and then brought them home as Stacy didn't want to be around me. She's scared of me. lol But anyway, since the boys and I moved here, we are 4 hours apart. So we meet half way.

Yea well 1/2 way isn't bad then...and I can understand that. Maybe explain to Tom..and say hey...I just can't really do it this week and with the weather and all...lets reschedule it, and make up for the visit that is being lost later on. Just a thought.

Thing is. He never makes up the time. Then again, he did ask me to see if I can get them off early on Good Friday so that he can get them early and take them to Stacy's Grandpa's Fish Fry. So I guess that's improvement from what it used to be. Used to be, as you'll remember I'm sure, he's just ditch them and not give a second thought about it. And never wanted them early. Infact, usually got them late. He's trying to grow up and be a better dad.
