Good News, Bad News

So, I got a letter from DCS today stating they found it to be neglect or abuse for "leaving" shane on the playground. I have to fill something out and send it in to them within 10 days and they'll send me a written notice of my responsibilities within 30 business days. WTF!! If I fail to send this paper in child abuse will go on my permanent record
