Yup ! Sometimes she has this cat-like face as if she's planning to do naughty stuff and pull pranks on other nations :') I can't read what she says but Romano suddenly blushing ? That means something !

Hm I don't know. It can be, gosh seriously I have no idea when Netherlands became independed -_- It's obviously before Netherlands went independed as he's in their household still.

And well it doesn't surprise me that Belgium is older than Romano, she's been around since Germania's time, around the time when France and Spain were also kids. I noticed but I can forgive him for bringing us this strip

OMG. I love this. Little!Romano asking Belgium for kisses and blushing over her made my night. S'cute!

And it's nice to finally have Belgium in a few strips. She needs a personality, dammit! Hopefully, she and Netherlands will be appearing in the anime soon! <3
