By American Cheese, do you mean that less sharp substitute of Cheddar or Cheese from the Americas?

The bright yellow/orange stuff in liquid and solid form both are vile and make everything taste like Mc Donalds.

So American "cheaddar" I think is what kills me

oh yes, like Velveeta. I grew up on the stuff myself but I def see your opinion. It's not bad for making grilled cheese sandwiches though . . .

That's pretty much all I use it for. Grilled cheese and omelets. 'cause real cheddar and the like ends up greasy as it melts. D:
