Urgh, I'm having a bad time shopping too, and I'm in Seoul, one of the current fashion capitals of Asia! It's more of the fact that it's in the middle of winter and there are no Singapore-weather-appropriate clothes to be found, though.

And even here, people stare! I've been making a bit of an effort to dress more snazzily than I do in Singapore since I never get the chance to play with layers back home. Old ladies keep staring at my shoes as I walk by. No idea why. Not even RHS or anything.

Anyway, misery loves company. :( :( :( At least you're getting nice cheap stuff. I just blew $68 USD on a bag because I didn't have anything else to spend my money on today.

I mean to ask really knowledgeable questions but it is so god frack hot here that I'm up at 6:30 because it's too hot to stay asleep. Instead I will say I'm really enjoying all the info and observations you're including and I miss you and can't wait to see you when you get home!
