I'm afraid of the female trainer on Biggest Loser - she is the stuff of nightmares. Especially her shoulders.

SMG is fit but she doesn't have any scary visible muscles on those arms of hers - she is a well proportioned dame.

Female body builders scare the ever loving crap out of me - they look so unreal that I just assume they are average size women wearing blow up muscle costumes.

Don't worry. It takes a really large amount of work for girls to get visible muscle. I can be totally fit and strong without it looking like I have any muscle at all. So you don't have to worry about it on you or me :)

This is comforting to know! Almost everyone I know qualifies quite heavily in the freaks and geeks prize and some have been fit before but now are in much more seditary lives so I've never seen them look buff.
