What I tend to do when I'm feeling overwhelmed with stress and things to do. Just slow down a little bit and take things one step at a time. Don't think about what you have to do next until after you have already done with the other.

Here is a stress reducer to start with. It's quite simple. Get out and walk around the block! Every day increase that a block until you are up to 2 miles a day. Which would be 20 city blocks give and take! Seriously, it is what my doctor just prescribed for me. I am lucky that I have a long country road that is 2 miles one way to the main road. So, I am working up to doing that round trip for a total of 4 miles a day. That should reduce my stress, increase a healthy appetite. And you know what...we are worth it! We deserve the best that life has to offer. We deserve to be happy! Just do it! :)

Unfortunately my lack of free time would prevent me from doing a 2 mile walk every day. I might be able to do it every weekend, though. Thanks for the tip!

I suggest, that when you're feeling most stressed, take a few minutes (10 or so, if you can spare them. One or two if you're under a time-crunch) and do something physically simulating. Jump up and down, put a song on and dance, run outside to your ground floor and back up. Or give yourself a change of scenery. Just take a few moments to expel pent-up energy.

The other thing you should be doing, which I'm sure you already are, is sharing everything that's going on with God. Let Him know what's up and pray and know that if nothing else, He's listened. And sometimes, just someone listening takes a lot of weight off your shoulders.

I'm here too if you need anything. Thinking of you.
