I know this is old news by now, but the inauguration was awesome. Watched it in the MIT main lecture hall with the rest of the college - students, professors, janitors, the deans, all mushed in together watch History Being Made (TM). Everyone went around grinning for the rest of the day. Also, unsurprisingly, the biggest cheer in the lecture hall

Come home so we can sneeze at each other. I also have cold. It is cold here. Too cold for it to be normal. Apparently it will snow tonight and the sky is slightly more ominous looking than usual. I hope for three feet at least. Any less doesn't count.
I am lost in Alice and Wonderland and it is making my head hurt. Why did I decide to write an essay on the post-colonialist and existantialist readings of this???
Actually, my friend Stephen said he might try a Freudian reading of the text and say it's all a big sexual fantasy and that she is losing her sexual innocence in the dream and so on...
This way madness lies...
