Mondays used to be my favorite day of the week. I was never much for Fridays like everyone else. Sure, I liked going home, ordering a pizza, and watching a movie or the Orioles game. But I lived for Mondays. The start of the work week. My alarm would go off and I’d be full of adrenaline, ready to get my hands on a new case or battle it out in court with the likes of Patti Nyholm or Matan Brody ( ... )

I don't normally read Willicia fics, but this one drew me in. I could really hear the narration in Will's voice, and could believe his transition from liking Mondays to hating Mondays. The last line is the perfect capstone.

I love the calm, relaxed, easy feeling of this... I feel like the show could do with a bit of that nowadays! A very lovely bit of Willicia happiness, thanks!

Aw, thank you! I'm glad you liked it. It started out in third person, but then Will decided he'd rather tell the story himself :) I like the sense of calm in it, too. It's something I will never stop wishing they could have had.

A lovely peace-filled happy ending worth of Willicia. I feel like the blindsiding caused by Will's death was dramatically effective -- but it certainly took away the few bits of light I still had in the show.

I agree wholeheartedly. It certainly says something about the writing and acting and storylines of this show that we are sticking with it despite the fact that it's taken an entirely different course than most of us would like. Will's death (and the fact that Willicia can never truly be) is something I will never get over.
