okay.

if you were going to be married in a catholic church or chapel, which specific one would you pick, and why?

(we need to reserve a place sometime soon, and have no idea where/what we want).

if you're not familiar with any catholic churches, sorry you had to read this.

number one i would choose divine child because it's so effing gorgeous, second i would choose st.john's (you know the one with the golf course) because it is also beautiful and it's so cute the pews face each other and the aisle is gorgeous...third i would choose st.'s peter and paul catholic church in detroit because my brother and sisterinlaw got married there and it.was.amazing.

that's all i've got.

also: the holy trinity studen parish chapel is really wonderful too. it's on the campus of emu (i know...) but it's really beautiful but not too big and everyone there is so wonderful. i really like the way it's set up it's traditional but also with a contemporary flair. big enough for a good amount of people but not too big that it looks empty when there isn't a full house.

thanks : )

i'll check out the chapel at emu. we looked at st. john's (expensive!) and personally, divine child isn't my favorite. can you give me more info about st. peter and paul?

my mom is dead set on St. Johns. apparently it's gorgeous. don't go with divine child...i've seen too many weddings there and it really isn't that pretty.

or you could always push for a wedding abroad ;)
