I hope my parents' daemons would never really name my daemon Melania, but apparently she is a snow leopard.

Since I have a thing for Asriel (in the books - I'm avoiding film cast/spoilers!) this pleases me somewhat.

I still maintain that my daemon is a red panda. Ailurus fulgens styani, to be precise. They are shiny sleepy flat-footed carnivores existing on a vegetarian diet. Just like me. And I don't actually sleep in trees, but had I the coat and claws for it, I so would. ;D
