I am completely exhausted. I lifted heavy rocks and things around for three hours, and then I went to work for four hours, which included unpacking merchandise, breaking down big cardboard boxes, and lifting heavy stacks of books. Aside from a smidge of a headache and some sore feet, I am not yet feeling the effects. Stay tuned for more whining

Um... at least you know that it exists and that it has some direction? Even a vague "that-a-way" is something that can be followed. Or so I hope, as I've given several lost drivers that direction before. :o* If there's anything I can do to help inspire you, otherthanreviewwhichIswearI'lldosomeday, please let me know. *g*
Be careful lifting things at work! Yes, there are many times in which being on your back all day isn't necessarily a bad thing, but being on your back, in pain, and unable to move due to straining it is not cool. So not cool. We just had someone at work go out with back complaints because she kept lifting the heavier stuff without using proper lifting technique and hadn't felt a strain at the time.

:D I am hoping. And I would actually love to bounce some ideas off you, but unfortunately, it's stuff I'm working on for snowinandblowin - and thus is required to be all top secret-y. Wah!

Eeep, that sucks. Where do you work? Or what sort of place?
I am paranoid about lifting things properly, but sometimes I find it really really difficult to lift from the knees - back straight, etc. It's just so awkward feeling. But nonetheless, I seem to have escaped my heavy-lifting day relatively unscathed, hooray. :D
