1. Brian/Lindsay Oh, I'm feelin' it, too. The first 3 episodes this season really show the lifetime-friendship thing that Lindsey and Brian must have. He's being so supportive and Daddish. I really don't get Michael's response to all this. He's so over-the-top. I can understand some feelings of betrayal that he wasn't clued-in immediately to the Mel/Linds situation, but crazy I-have-to-have-full-custody-of-a-newborn demands! And then he goes and accuses Brian of never growing up, when he's acting more mature than ever!
(Ok, that was supposed to be a Lindsey/Brian comment, but turned into and Evil!Mikey rant.)
2. Justin still owns my heart, even if he still ain't got no lines. Yeah! I will admit, as much as like some of the other characters, I watch it for the B/J - and there hasn't been much Justin action since the whole vigilante subplot of early Season 4. Better hair this season, though, and that's what's important.
3. This show is turning into questionable fanfic of itself. Badfic alert. "Sunshine, I don't

Justin still owns my heart, even if he still ain't got no lines. He makes up for it in varied facial expression, witty remarks, and allowing Brian Kinney to hang all over him like a spider monkey at every possible opportunity.
I'm glad someone else pointed out the Brian/Lindsay dynamic. I thought it was telling in 502 when the camera held onto the family photo in the bedroom when Mel was calling Lindz about the surprise party. The family photo was Lindsay, Gus and Brian huddled together with Mel clearly on the outside of that circle. Just like now.
And, a completely shallow remark here; I loved the dark suit and baby blue tie Gale was wearing in the hugging scene. Yowser.
