ive realized and found out a lot of things about a lot of people and it kills me. from now on im not going to trust people this easily. they just hurt me.

i pretty much had an awesome day. woke up feeling gross- so i went back to sleep. but after that i spent the whole day with hayden. excellent.

i have officially given up soft drinks. ive decided. water is better for you.

today is my dads birthday. hes fifty. the big 5-0.  hes been alive for exactly half of a century now. hes over the mountain.  hes old. that makes me feel old. goh- in 5 years he'll be a senior citizen. whoa.

its been a great day. the weather was BEAUTIFUL and i hung out with hayden the whole day. we sat outside for like forever with chippers puppies. played golf. threw the football. made cookies. watched movies. and all that jazz. we had a grand time...
