I try not to read comments anywhere but my flist. It's bad for the digestion.

Probably a wise choice. The saying "don't read the comments" exists for a reason. I should heed it more often!

1. Don't read the comments :<
2. Comments on articles about feminism justifies the existense of feminism.
And most importantly:
3. If it exists, there is porn of it.
4. If there's not porn of it, there shall be :D

I agree with every word, and I also believe you can appreciate a certain character without sexualising them. People just enjoy making everything about sex :x

Oh yes indeed. I agree completely with you. Especially as the real life versions of Elvira, Jenny Lee and Schlitzie may not have been able to give informed consent (fictional versions are different, and Pepper is an exception to the rule being an entirely fictional character). I am trying to be extremely careful about these issues, treading carefully without censoring myself.
