ETA: I tried looking at the whole moodtheme and livejournal told me I can't because it was private so I can not download it. Maybe it is just me, but you should probably check that.

EDIT: Solved your problem.

Use this link (http://www.livejournal.com/moodlist.bml?moodtheme=496710&ownerid=13728252) instead of the one you have for the preview. You have to have your ownerid included in the link for others to preview it and it's not in the one you've provided.
