Hmm, everyone is asking and I don't know where to start.
If I had words to even begin describing and retelling all that I saw and that enraptured my heart, I think I would do it an injustice. Which is why, I suppose why words fail me everytime I try. But, as always I shall try despite my insufficiencies.

We stayed at a hotel. It was a little.. different, but we had airconditioner & clean rooms & everything, so it was fine.
About 14 all together. 11 "kids" & 3 "adults".
We taught english & told them about Jesus in the evenings. We hung out with them & did some touristy things (like saw the killing fields, went to the market, went to a museum that polpot used as a prison when it once was a school, rode an elephant..) in the mornings.
Um.. the food is very much the same as Chinese. So we ate that & then of course they have Western food too, so we had pizza & burgers. It was cool.
I love answering your questions! I wish you could go too, it's beautiful.

No, they aren't Chinese. Some of them are.. but then they aren't really Khmer (to be pronounced Ka-my). A lot are mixed.. imagine.. hispanic colored chinese people.. maybe that helps. When I get pictures up you'll see..
