The back is partially shirred so it'll fit a S/M, maybe a small L :)

I took the flat measurements and it's 36cm bust, 32cm waist unstretched. It also came with a ribbon to tighten the back :)

Btw, what's the size of the Yumetenbo/DreamV Baby pink (lightest one) mini skirt & garter set? Is the material stretchy? If it can fit a French 38/German 36/Eu 38 (My waist is 64 and my hips are 90 cm about) I'd definitely take it ^^;

According to the tag, it's a LL size. But the waist band is stretchy and measures 58cm unstretched, so it will pretty much adapt to your measurements. I'm your size and it fits me fine :)
