I made a complete idiot out of myself this afternoon. You see, there's this one street near my house, and ever since spring began this one stupid magpie has decided to make that her territory, and defend it against anyone.  The stupid thing swoops anyone who walk down that street.

So, I went to the police station again today. They took my statement (and gave me a copy), they were going to take my DNA to rule it out on my bag, but apparently they got a couple of search warrants today, so they didn't have any kits. I have to go back on Tuesday for them take my DNA, but hopefully I'll get my bag back then. They said that they' ( Read more... )

Self defense didn't help one bit.
I almost got my bag snatched today. By a girl a couple of years younger than me, who punched me in the chin when I refused to let go.
