It's been 2 days since my parents have left for vacation and I'm still surviving! LOL.

Have fun at your grandma's place! It's great that you're celebrating with your family. It feels rather lonely for me to celebrate alone with my brother. lol.

I know EXACTLY how you feel.
I feel that every time my parents or even just my mom goes away on a trip.

It's like, there's freedom, but the house gets SO QUIET! And I just don't know what to do with myself even though usually I'd just be on my computer and my parents downstairs watching TV! LOL!
More lonely definitely.

That's me EVERYDAY! Hahahaha. But yes, even when I'm on the computer all day and my mom's watching TV downstairs, the sound of her just being down there makes me feel more secure...it's like there's "life" at home. Right now my TV is not even on and I'm like home alone cuz my brother went out to some party. >___<

Ah well. At least I won't be home much during most part of the day tomorrow since I'll be in placement until 6pm. I guess it ain't so bad. I only have to deal with this quietness & loneliness on the weekends. XD

Exactly what happens to me too! The brother part as well. It's like having my brother there equals to not having anyone at all. Even when he's at home, he'd just stay cooped up in his own room.

Just the sound of there being someone tinkering away downstairs makes home sound more lively and stuff.

Yes! But at least when my brother's home he'd leave his room door open and I can hear him watching TV or play games. Now the house is completely quiet with me, myself, and I alone. ;_; I'm actuallly watching some dramas on my computer right now to keep me entertained. lol.
