Ok so!

Mom is doing great XD Maybe too great! She's getting back to being her old self again. Probably going to take next Friday off to stay at the house and play indentured servant. I do so gladly because Mom deserves it. She's not quite out of the woods yet, we have to be careful with germs and stuff so I've become the Sanitizing Nazi to anyone ( Read more... )

Eeee, so near XD And awesome news on your Mom.
And getting into gardening sounds really neat! It sounds like it would be very satisfying to grow your own veg/flowers. Plus you can cackle over them and scream 'TREMBLE, FOR I AM YOUR GOD!' and suchlike. And obviously the garden or future garden is what I would like a photo of :D Though it'd be cool to see the whole house, really, I'm so nosy.

I wish it would stop being so farkin' cold with the weird weather and all. Spring why you do this?

You get two bathrooms! I have a personal one and a guest one. You hit the potty lottery :P

Glad to hear you mom is doing so well - here's hoping for full recovery.
Good luck with all the housing stuff! Gardening should be nice. We used to grow flowers and lots of vegetables; it was really cool and I miss that. Be sure to take photos!
Speaking of photos, I'd like to see your fridge (inside and out, please).

Yay for your mom getting better. It's hard to be a mommy to a mommy, isn't it? I did that last year after my mom's cancer surgery. Good luck with the killing of germs.

I love gardening! Yay for cilantro! I love cilantro. I hope it grows well for you. It's too dry and hot here in the summer for cilantro to grow. No matter how much we try to take care of it, it always dies on us. :(

I would like to see a picture of your computer/desk/work space. You know, the whole home office thing...

Yes ma'am :D it's a big fat mess right now alas

I'm thinking most of my herbs will have to be potted ones. I've heard cilantro is a incredibly finicky little plant to please so we'll see how it goes

Yeah this has been a learning experience for certain. but I am so glad mom's doing well <3
