so yesterday was .....a tempo. we ran 14 miles at a tempo. not possible you say? no trust me its possible...but you pay for it for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. i hurt so bad i cant even tell you. but we did make it in a record 2 hours and 5 minutes. yay for us. its alright im glad we did it tho. i mean i guess it will just make us stronger for STATE
