I have been working so hard as of late, shopping, attending functions, flying around the world to meet social commitments, keeping up with my beauty regime and I'm simply exhausted...my frail frame has given way and I have a terrible cold, an eye infection and nervous exhaustion. In the past month I have been to Zurich, Nepal, San Trope, Biarritz
